Welcome to SECAF

The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) is a non-profit organization committed to building a healthy, prosperous, and wholesome government contracting community. SECAF was formed in the summer of 2001 to support contractors in their efforts to secure and fulfill contracts with defense, intelligence, and civilian government agencies. SECAF members include CEOs, COOs, and CXOs of both small and emerging contractors. Our members value the quality and content of our events, and the sacrifices SECAF makes to maintain those values. SECAF events are not awash in silver, gold and platinum sponsorships. Speaker presentations are not sales pitches from a primary sponsor. The focus of SECAF is squarely on providing useful information on timely topics that will directly assist our members in navigating the federal landscape.
