At this session Paul Roche will discuss his experience in designing indirect pool structures for success both for the marketplace and to comfort Government auditors.  Specifically, Paul will answer from his experience questions such as:

• When, how, and why should I implement a Subcontractor & Material Handling rate?
• How do I set rates for more than one year?
