How do I determine if I am a

Government Contractor or a Service Provider?

Who are your customers?

·        Government Contractor:  your company is providing services to a government agency, specifically IT, engineering, etc.

·         Service Provider:  your company is providing a service to another company and your company specializes in financials (like banking or CPA services), insurance, legal, property/brokers, HR benefits, talent search or recruiting, infrastructure or business process improvement services, etc.

SECAF is enrolled in Trustwave’s Trusted Commerce program to validate compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandated by all the major credit card associations including American Express, Visa and Mastercard Worldwide. Based upon information provided by SECAF regarding its policies, procedures, and technical systems that store, process and/or transmit cardholder data, SECAF, in conjunction with CVENT (third party provider), have both performed the required procedures to validate compliance with the PCI DSS, the best practices designed to protect merchants and consumers from data security breaches and fraud.
