JD Kathuria is Founder and CEO of Harman Systems, Inc. The company offers a broad range of IT-related services, marketing services and event planning. Since Harman Systems' launch in 2003, Mr. Kathuria has orchestrated a tremendous growth in the business targeting Federal and Commercial with a focus on providing visionary solutions. He continues to provide overall corporate leadership, directs strategic planning, establishes goals and objectives, and actively manages corporate strategic initiatives. Recently, the company became certified by the SBA as 8(a) certified.

As a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Kathuria is the co-founder of ExecutiveBiz, where he was very instrumental in building a top networking and events organization in Greater Washington area.

Previously, Mr. Kathuria was a Project Manager with International Business Systems, Inc. (IBSI) implementing call center support to Census Bureau as a subcontractor to EDS.

Mr. Kathuria earned a B.A. from the George Mason University and legal assistant certificate from Georgetown University.
