Renée A. Watts is the Executive Director of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF). In this role she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as all SECAF events. Prior to joining SECAF, Ms. Watts was the program director for the Sport of Mind Institute in Vista, CA. Ms. Watts was tasked with planning half-, one- and two-day seminars for entrepreneurs and writing courses on business and self development. Previously, Ms. Watts held positions at UBS Financial Services as a financial advisor/stock broker, General Electric Financial Advisors and Ernst & Young LLP. She earned a B.A. in advertising design from Advertising Arts College in San Diego, CA and is a member of the National Association for Contract Management.
