Keenan Hogg, as a seasoned technical recruiter, brings a unique perspective and experience to his client engagements. Keenan began his career working in data centers, application development, and selling enterprise solutions to State and Local entities, before pivoting to talent acquisition over a decade ago. He leverages his vast technical and government contracting background to tap into niche talent pools, creating appealing position descriptions, and identifying quality candidates for hard-to-find positions for his clients. In addition to recruiting top technical talent, Keenan is also adept at assessing environments and conducting discovery sessions to determine where there are gaps and opportunities for improvement and is well versed in EEOC/OFFCP compliance. Keenan has as bachelor’s in science in Business Marketing and is an active member of the Career Network Ministry (CNM).

Cassee Ger has over 12 years of professional experience across several different industries with a specialization in the government contracting industry, Service Contract Act (SCA/SCLS) and unionized employees. As a Human Resources consultant, she helps to ensure an organization’s human capital serves the best interests of the business and advises on a wide range of workforce challenges. Cassee is well-versed in HR competencies such benefits, onboarding, policy, procedure, management, training, federal and state laws, along with optimizing HR technology. Cassee earned her master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from the Pennsylvania State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Cindy Najera has 20 years of progressive experience in HR and business operations and brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of industries to include government contracting, not-for-profit, retail, construction, professional services and the Fortune 50. In her role as a senior consultant, Cindy is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, partnering with executive leaders to assess and align the human capital strategy with the overarching business strategy to achieve business objectives. She has her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute as well as a SHRM-Certified Senior Professional.
