- Kim Koster, VP, Product Marketing
- Rich Wilkinson, Director, Sales Engineering and Enablement
is currently the VP of Product Marketing for Unanet. She concentrates on thought leadership and market positioning specifically in the areas of project management, accounting and government contracting. Prior to Unanet she worked for an ERP provider and was the Senior Director of Solution Engineering focusing on the Gov Con Project Portfolio Management (PPM) market.
She started her career working for Raytheon where she held multiple management positions such as the Javelin Joint Venture Controller and Product Line Business Manager. Her love of Earned Value Management (EVM) developed in the early years of her career and today still enjoys talking about it and providing direction on best practices. After 17 years at Raytheon she joined ATK where she held the positions of Director of Business Systems, EVM Focal Point, and Finance Director.
Over the years Kim led multiple large ERP system implementations. She has been a mentor for her organizations and has provided guidance to many project and executive teams. Kim holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
spent more than 8 years as a Contracting Officer with the Naval Air Systems Command and then 10 years in a variety of finance and accounting leadership positions at leading GovCon firms from ManTech to General Physics to CSC. In those 10 years, he implemented accounting systems in 12 different business units of those companies and managed both financial operations and government contract compliance functions.
Rich has spent the last 20 years in senior leadership roles with a number of very prominent software companies and service providers serving firms in the GovCon sector. In past positions, Rich worked with a business process outsourcing firm, a leading Washington area CPA firm where he focused on contract and accounting compliance, and for more than a decade was a spokesperson and held other leadership roles at Deltek in their GovCon business unit. Rich is currently with the Solutions Engineering group at Unanet, a leading provider of Project ERP software for professional services firms.
