has proven performance specializing in talent management. His experience spans many industries: professional services, government contracting, IT, non-profit, big-box retail, start-ups, and boutique personal services. Mr. Lockard has led many HR initiatives that have either implemented, evaluated, or analyzed current processes that have solidly built functions and proven him to be a trusted business partner. Prior to joining Helios HR, Rob was the Founder & President of emineo talent, a talent sourcing and recruitment consultancy in Kansas City, MO and former President of DC SHRM. Rob obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Human Resource Development degrees from Clemson University. He is a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP).
