Bios:

As a Senior Recruiting Management Consultant, Alicia Anzalone partners with leadership teams to enable critical hiring that aligns with the goals and objectives of the business. She has a proven track record of success locating, identifying, and closing top candidate talent, with a special emphasis on hard-to-fill positions across industries. Alicia also has extensive experience recruiting transitioning military and veterans for Fortune 500 companies. She has partnered with the Wounded Warrior Project to recruit, educate and develop proactive strategies to empower veterans in hiring. Alicia has a Masters in Organization Development and Leadership from the University of the Rockies with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University. She is a Certified Diversity Recruiter with a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS.

As Practice Leader, Amy Dozier leads client delivery at Helios HR, an award-winning human capital and talent acquisition consulting firm based in our nation's capital and an NFP company. Since 2013, Amy has been a trusted partner to thousands of clients, from start-ups to the Fortune 1000, helping connect the big picture with operational details to achieve human capital goals. With nearly 20 years of experience in fast-growing environments, Amy is a sought-out leader for her expertise in compensation, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging), government contracting, performance, and talent strategy. Prior to working at Helios, Amy held HR leadership roles at UIC Government Services/Bowhead Family of Companies, an Alaska Native Corporation, and ABRAMS. Amy received her Bachelor of Science from Franklin & Marshall College and is certified by HRCI and SHRM.

For the past 17 years, Mr. Lockard has proven performance specializing in talent management. His experience spans many industries: professional services, government contracting, IT, non-profit, big-box retail, start-ups, and boutique personal services. Mr. Lockard has led many HR initiatives that have either implemented, evaluated, or analyzed current processes that have solidly built functions and proven him to be a trusted business partner.  Prior to joining Helios HR, Rob was the Founder & President of emineo talent, a talent sourcing and recruitment consultancy in Kansas City, MO and former President of DC SHRM. Rob obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Human Resource Development degrees from Clemson University. He is a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP).

Katt Silver is a Senior Recruiting Management Consultant at Helios HR who partners with clients of all sizes to attract and hire top talent. With over 20 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, Katt is a creative and solution-oriented recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments with a specialty in government contracting. Prior to joining Helios, Katt worked for Alion Science and Technology, VT Group and USAA. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter and Certified Internet Recruiter through AIRS.
