A veteran of the Armed Forces, Kim began her leadership training early in her career, and continues to develop her knowledge base today. She has delivered training at all levels of organizations and is frequently called upon to develop training that may be outside the normal methods of delivery. Kim holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College, the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a Coaching certification from the Association for Talent Development. She is also a certified 360 Degree Feedback coach.
has 10 years of progressive HR experience across several different industries, with a specialization in the government contracting industry, Service Contract Act (SCA/SCLS) and unionized employees. As a Human Resources consultant, she helps ensure an organization’s human capital serves the best interests of the business and advises on a wide range of workforce challenges. Cassee is well-versed in HR competencies such benefits, onboarding, policy, procedure, management, training, federal and state laws, along with optimizing HR technology. Cassee earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from the Pennsylvania State University and holds her Bachelors in Administration of Justice from George Mason University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI (SPHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
