As a Senior Manager in the Government Contracting Advisory Group, Mr. Mardesich uses his management consulting and federal government contract consulting experience including knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) guidance, to assist small businesses, government sponsored enterprises, Fortune 100 companies, and top 100 government contractors. He is a speaker and author on current government contracting issues. He is the host of DHG’s Fundamentals of Government Contracting webinar series.
Mike is experienced in the performance of gap analyses and audits of contractor business systems. He has drafted, trained, and assisted with the implementation of business system policies to ensure compliance with the FAR, DFARS, and public laws.
