Kevin Brancato leads a team analyzing the federal government's budget and spending to help businesses find contracting opportunities. His role includes writing and editing content; creating dashboards; advising product strategy and sales engineering; presenting at conferences and webinars; and making radio and TV appearances.

Jim Ghiloni is a thought leader with more than 17 years of experience in federal government managing large-scale, complex programs and acquisitions. Jim is the “Father” of the Alliant and OASIS contracts. Jim has deep expertise in the areas of Business Development, Program Management, Customer Relations, and Federal Acquisition. In his time at the General Services Administration, Jim developed a deep understanding of government, across multiple agencies and programs. His unique blend of acquisition and program knowledge as well as his varied and successful experience managing multiple enterprise procurements provide Jim with a keen strategic understanding of both Industry and Government and the intersection of the two.

Director, Wolf Den Associates. Jim joined Wolf Den in 2017 and supports both Industry clients and Government agencies. For his Federal customers, Jim brings his wealth of experience to advise on acquisition strategies and program management issues, helping Industry and Government customers execute "where the budget rubber meets the revenue road." Jim leverages the experience he gained managing programs like Alliant and OASIS to help drive better solutions for both Government and Industry Partners in the federal marketplace.

George Price, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization for the U.S. Department of State. He assumed the role in October of 2015. In this capacity, he advises the Department on all small business procurement issues and is responsible for promoting the use of Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HubZone, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, Historically Black Colleges, and Minority Institutions within the Department of State to support the Department’s mission of protecting U.S. interests abroad and implementing foreign policy initiatives.

Mr. Price began Federal Service in 1992. Prior to the Department of State, he was the Deputy Associate Director for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Training and Management Assistance Program. He was responsible for providing Federal agencies with over $500M annually in direct acquisition and project management assistance in the area of human capital management and customized training services. In addition, on behalf of OMB’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy, he led an interagency commodity management team to establish a government wide strategic sourcing solution in the area of Human Capital Strategy and Custom Training.

Before joining OPM, he served ten years as the Director of Outreach Communications for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service. During his tenure, he managed all strategic marketing communications and was the executive sponsor and champion of the creation of “Interact.gsa.gov”, a pioneering interactive open community dedicated to increasing government’s effectiveness through collaboration and communication.

Mr. Price began his Federal career with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Over a ten year span at SBA, he was a Business Opportunity Specialist within the 8(a) program, a Business Development Specialist, and lastly as the Director of the HubZone Program for the Eastern United States. Mr. Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and a Master of Business Administration.
