With the market for top talent tougher than ever, particularly in cyber, software, and IT, the government is looking for less "tell me" and more "show me" when it comes to your recruiting capabilities. We'll dig into the government perspective and discuss approaches that make sense for small federal contractors.
Government is expecting new levels of agility and performance when it comes to hiring – they are investing in it for their own hiring, and they want to see it from contractors as well. 2021 will see DHS finally activate new commercial-oriented hiring rules so that they can better meet cyber-hiring requirements, while other agencies like the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) are looking for transformation of workforce delivery contracts that heavily favor large companies who can perform against tough recruiting requirements. The message is clear, “Don’t tell me you can recruit – show me.”
This webinar will focus on the types of hiring requirements that are coming from government RFP’s in 2021 and how small companies can position themselves to compete within this type of framework, on paper to win a bid, and in reality, to fill open jobs and grow.
