Kathleen Sober, CEO of Hive Group LLC, a HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in acquisition, program, and financial management including Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA).  She brings over 20 years of experience delivering program and contract management solutions in the government contracting community and has a passion and track record of successfully growing businesses. As the CEO of Hive Group, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction, long-term goals and growth objectives while ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to founding Hive Group, she was the COO of E3 Federal Solutions LLC, where she was responsible for day to day operations and successfully grew the company from $3M in annual revenue into a $100M mid-tier company providing acquisition, program, financial and facilities management support services in the DoD, Civilian, DHS and Intel markets.  Prior to joining E3, Ms. Sober managed multi-million dollar consulting projects for several Fortune 500 companies and successfully built a new business unit for Government Contract Solutions (GCS) Inc., a woman-owned small business. Ms. Sober has been a member of the SECAF since 2020.  Ms. Sober holds a B.A., Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and is a certified contract management professional (CPCM).
