Joseph Jordan,  Chief Executive Officer, FedBid, Inc.
A passionate procurement leader with a notable reputation for driving small business growth and identifying purchasing efficiencies, Joseph Jordan brings to FedBid nearly 20 years of experience in public and private procurement, contracting and business processes. Recognized for overseeing the largest reduction in contract spending in history during his tenure as Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy and driving the government’s largest two-year improvement in small business contracting while Associate Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Mr. Jordan is well equipped to continue FedBid’s mission to bring savings and efficiency to our clients as CEO. He has a proven track record of driving performance improvements in the private sector as well, including as an engagement manager with McKinsey and Company, where his knowledge of supply chain management led to millions of dollars of savings for businesses and state governments, and Backwire, where he managed the significant growth of the web-based publisher-marketer and guided product development after purchase by Leap Wireless.

Michael "Mickey" Jones, Partner, Evermay Consulting Group
Mickey Jones is a partner at Evermay Consulting Group, Inc. a specialized advisory firm providing strategic acquisition and contract guidance to private sector clients focusing on Homeland Security and other federal agencies.  Mr. Jones has had a career in Federal acquisitions as both a Federal employee and as a consultant spanning over 40 years.  Previous to joining Evermay, Mr. Jones was with Booz Allen Hamilton providing expert advice and support to a host of federal agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the National  Protection and Programs Directorate, Science & Technology Directorate, the Chief Information Officer for DHS and US Citizenship and Immigration Services in DHS, the Environmental Protection Agency, US Department of Agriculture and Department of Justice.

During his 31 year tenure as a federal employee, Mr. Jones had leadership roles in acquisitions at the departments of Interior, Treasury and Homeland Security.  Mr. Jones’ last position with the Federal government was with DHS as the Director of the Office of Procurement Operations.  He was the architect for this large acquisition office which supports the Secretary’s Office and several components including the Undersecretary for Management and Assistant Secretary for S&T and Assistant Secretary for NPPD. While at DHS Mr. Jones was responsible the US VISIT support contract and was active in the planning for the EAGLE I and FirstSource contracts. 

Scott Shaul, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services
Scott Shaul is responsible for Savi’s global sales initiatives and business development strategy as well as professional services and support. He brings over 20 years of experience as an accomplished senior executive and visionary with demonstrated talent for managing sales, developing strategy, and streamlining business process.
Throughout his career, Scott Shaul has developed successful relationships in the Government and Commercial service industry. Before joining Savi, he was Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales at Work Market, a Cloud-based platform for the efficient fulfillment of contingent labor.

Prior to Work Market, Scott Shaul led a sales team of directors, channel sales, inside sales, pipeline development and regional sales managers, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at govWin, Deltek’s government intelligence and business capture division. While at govWin, Scott Shaul played a key role in developing the go-to-market plan for analytics and Business Intelligence specific to the Federal market.

 Jeffrey Shen, Vice President and General Manager, Red Team Consulting
Jeffrey Shen is Vice President and General Manager at Red Team Consulting bringing 20 years of expertise in federal contracting, corporate strategy, and business development. His career in management and consulting includes capture management, strategic planning, and acquisition planning. He has delivered business strategy and technology solutions to the U.S. Federal government and Fortune 500 companies worldwide on contracts totaling over $30 billion.
