Legistlative & Regulatory Year In Review and Advisory Forum
The mission of SECAF’s Legislative & Regulatory Committee is to keep SECAF members abreast of key legislative and regulatory developments impacting small and emerging contractors. The Committee is also keenly focused on the “Advisory Forum” part of the SECAF name. SECAF is designed to serve as an advisory forum for small and emerging contractors, and the Committee aims to provide a forum for SECAF members to ask questions on legislative & regulatory issues you may be encountering.
To further these goals, the Committee is hosting this Year in Review and Advisory Forum on March 17, 2026. Join us to discuss key legislative and regulatory developments in 2025 and look ahead to anticipated developments in 2026. We’ll open the floor to questions from you and encourage registrants to submit questions in advance.
When you register, please provide your questions when prompted. If you think of more questions, please submit them to info@secaf.org by March 15. We are leaning into the “AF” in SECAF, Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum, and hope to help our members grow their knowledge and understanding of key legislative and regulatory issues by learning from each other. SECAF is here to help you.
