The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum’s (SECAF) 18th Annual Government Contractor Awards celebrates government contracting organizations and leaders that have demonstrated commitment to industry excellence. Award categories highlight companies of all sizes, plus key projects, and outstanding executives.
