Jon Williams is an experienced legal advisor to government contractors on a wide range of federal, state, and local procurement matters. His practice focuses on helping firms with a diverse array of FAR compliance issues, including counseling on the federal small business procurement programs. Jon’s practice also involves handling procurement-related disputes, which include size and status protests and appeals before SBA and SBA’s OHA, as well as bid protests before GAO and COFC. Jon is a member of PilieroMazza’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team, where he provides guidance on cybersecurity requirements applicable to federal contractors. He also serves as Co-Chair of SECAF’s Programs Committee.
