SECAF Announces New Members to Board of Directors

The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), the premier organization for the small and emerging government contractor, today announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. Sandra Corbett, CEO and Co-Founder of InCadence Strategic Solutions, Robert Dozier, President & CEO of RWD Consulting and Dr. Sue Evans, Founder, President and CEO of Evans Incorporated will serve the Board and support SECAF’s leadership activities within the government contracting industry for two years.
SECAF’s mission is to provide education, resources and advocacy venues to serve the small and emerging government contractor community for the purpose of ensuring success and equal access to contracting opportunities.
Corbett is the CEO and Co-Founder of InCadence Strategic Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides biometric/identity management solutions, operational intelligence and engineering services to government and commercial clients. Corbett has more than 17 years of experience in the defense engineering services industry. An active member of SECAF, InCadence Strategic Solutions was named a finalist for the 2012 SECAF Award of Excellence and the recipient of the SECAF Contractor of the Year award in 2011. Corbett is also active on SECAF’s Membership and Awards Gala committees. Corbett is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in political science.
Dozier, with more than 20 years experience in project management and business development, is the President and CEO of RWD Consulting, LLC (RWD), a professional services firm for federal and commercial clients. RWD, specializing in facilities management, logistics and operations and administrative support services, is a Small Disadvantaged Business and DC Certified Business Enterprise. The company has been a finalist in past years for the SECAF Contractor of the Year award and Dozier is an active participant in SECAF marketing and event planning initiatives. He holds degrees in economics and political science from the University of South Carolina.
Evans is the Founder, President and CEO of Evans Incorporated, an organization that provides a unique human-centered approach to change management and business reengineering. She has more than 30 years of experience in ergonomics, organization and business process consulting for private and government agencies. Evans spearheads the development and application of Evans’ Change Management methodology, CAARMA, and conducts organizational transformation and IT strategy projects for private, government and not-for-profit organizations. Evans Incorporated was named a 2012 SECAF Contractor of the Year award finalist. Evans received her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in industrial and operations engineering from The University of Michigan and undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Dayton.
“We anticipate SECAF’s membership numbers to be exceptionally strong this year, especially as we introduce new resources including the SECAF Contractor Advice Forum and Large Business Membership Program,” said Kwesi Rogers, chairman of SECAF and president of Federal National Commercial Credit. “Effectively serving the government contracting industry requires a strong leadership team, and that’s why we turn to Sandra, Robert, Sue and the entire SECAF Board of Directors to ensure the organization provides an invaluable community for its members.”
