Denis Roy is the Managing Partner and co-founder of ProCleared LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides acquisition management, program management, portfolio management, and strategic advisory support to the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. 

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning military service, federal contracting, and business operations, Denis has built ProCleared into a trusted partner supporting organizations, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

Prior to founding ProCleared in 2011, Denis served in the United States Marine Corps, including assignments as a Marine Security Guard at U.S. Embassies overseas. His military service and experience supporting national security missions continue to shape his commitment to serving government customers and advancing opportunities for veteran-owned businesses. 

Denis is an active member of the government contracting community and currently serves as a SECAF Membership Ambassador. He is passionate about helping small businesses navigate the federal marketplace, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the industrial base supporting national security missions. 

As a member of the SECAF Board of Directors, Denis looks forward to supporting initiatives that enhance member engagement, promote small business advocacy, and create meaningful business development opportunities across the federal, defense, and intelligence communities.
